Southern Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Colchester

I have to say this was an awful experience. I made a very large order which came to approximately £90 and when I arrived back home, it appeared I was missing items. I contacted the store and asked for the missing items to be made so I can pick them up, and upon arrival at the store I felt as though I was being accused of being a liar. They told me numerous times that they put the items in the bag they missed (which was a kebab, chips, sauce and a wrap) which I insisted they did not, I felt unwelcome in there store whilst i was waiting for my food to be cooked again whilst also having an argument about me getting the food I paid for in the first place. When eating it the experience did not get any better. I had a chicken wrap, which appeared to be dripping with grease when I picked it up to bite it, leading me to feel very sick minuets after. I will not be going back to this store, as service was awful, food was awful and there doesn't appear to be any chance of me getting reimbursed for any of...

Ordered 10 wings with chips & 2 drinks. Asked if i could have cheesy chips instead of normal & bossman said yeah no worries & then when had to pay came up to £12 when the 10wings & chips was £6.50 & 2 drinks = £2.

Although didnt care at the time as first time being there & then the spicy wings were burnt and barely any chicken on it. Fries with the cheese came a long time after and the cheese was just grated on top not melted. Asked nicely if he could heat up the cheese on top - waited 10 mins, wings were ate and my chips were in back room left as he had forgot... i was annoyed & then i asked where my chips where & he said i didnt order any at first to he’s colleagues as he got confused and then remembered and said one minute & grabbed fresh chips & put cheese & heated it for like 20 seconds & looked same way as he had grated it in first place. Service was dreadful - just like the wings & food there. Cheese tasted poorly too. Minus stars...

I received a text that I should click on a dodgy looking link to pay £28.31 for a meal I did not order. When I tried to contact them to ask how they obtained my phone number there is actually no way to do so. No one answers the phone, the number that texted me does not seem to exist except to send outgoing texts and their website has zero social media on it except for a "facebook" link that actually opens a "share" page in a different tab instead of going to their actual facebook page... Anyway, this looks like the only way I can tell them that I live 400 miles away and won't actually be paying for the order. Sorry chaps. Oh, they also have a "live chat" service on their website which I have been waiting in for around an hour now. I'm just going to leave it up and see how long it takes for anyone...
