It takes a lot for me to complain but my delivery today has frustrated me. This dominoes is my bfs local and we order a lot from here. Its hit and miss. My first complaint I made with them was when the new burger pizza came out. One USP was the burger sauce, instead we got dry meatballs with no sauce and everything was Luke warm..so they gave us credit towards our next order. Since then there seems to be a few newbies which is fine, I have patience but not too happy to keep repeating myself on the phone then do it all again with someone else and also with in the store. Today I wanted to give a little surprise for my bf when he got home so pre ordered over the phone. The guy said they didnt do the meal for one deal which I said was available online THEN he did it. He then repeated my whole order back to me when I hadn't even told him the sides or dessert yet..that's fine. I move on to my card details with all numbers repeated out loud by him, including my security. Excellent. But what I really made sure was to confirm that the pizza was to be delivered in an hour (8.30pm) to which he said yes that's fine, I repeated it about 3 times as he seemed to not listen properly throughout the order and he confirmed 'yes no problem' I get a text at 7.53 saying my pizzas on it's way....at this point I'm hoping my bf gets home asap before the driver. I get a call at 8.02, no surprise, pizza's there. Driver let's himself into the flat whilst on the phone to me and I can hear him talking to my bfs neighbour who happened to be walking up the stairs, asking whether to leave the pizza outside the door...I'm still on the phone here...where I ask if he can wait 10-15 mins and he cant. So I had to let him leave the pizza outside on the floor getting cold and exposed to the whole flat. I call dominoes to complain and a different guy answers. He checks with the guy that served me and this guy LIES or clearly doesn't listen, and says I never told him a time. Quite frankly I am slightly losing it here. The guy then says he can see I made a complaint before so he will track this and I quote 'we will be keeping an eye on you' twice, Making me feel that I am the one in the wrong and purposely making complaints. They sent another pizza, this time not as burnt and on time as originally scheduled.
As a regular customer, I definitely do not feel I should be made to feel in the wrong for their mistakes and that I am the one to blame here. From this review, I think you can tell I'm not happy from the way I was treated.

Read more7th March 0300hrs I’m putting 1 star for the poor service, unprofessional, rude service , and LAZY to the delivery drivers . Ordered my pizza and the guy arrived almost 1hr later. The delivery guy called me saying he can’t find the house when I can see him well at the carpark in his red ford car. My house was just facing him at the carpark and I left my door light on for him. When i told him to step outside and bring my food to my door as I can’t leave my baby, he said he not understanding me or doesn’t understand English when he well speaking the language LOL. Why should I walk all the way to the carpark when I paid for my delivery fee and you should come out and look for the house rather then me coming to look for you. I never have issues with delivery to my doorstep until today with these 2 drivers. The first guy couldn’t find me and gave my food to another driver to deliver. When the 2nd guy called , I told him my address and he said he in a different road and that’s where the postcode took him. When I asked him if he has WhatsApp to pin my location, he said he don’t have WhatsApp and then he hung up the call. When I called his number back, he wouldn’t answer. Then I checked the number on WhatsApp and it shows the person is on WhatsApp. Why would you take delivery job when you can’t do the job properly?.I myself used to be a delivery driver and this is not how I treat my customers. I didn’t get to receive my food and slept with an empty belly nursing a very moody baby. I had ordered a Large Tuna Pizza with Chicken wings as sides. But unfortunately I didn’t have any food. Read moreThis is a complaint form the early hours of 19/03/17. It's annoying to get hung up on 3 - 4 times by a member of staff who works on your phones who cannot be bothered to deal with you. It's also annoying when you finally get your pizza and your delivery driver knocks on your door at 3 in the morning when you called dominoes to specifically ask them to tell the delivery driver NOT to knock on the door but to call you instead when she/he is outside for you to collect your pizza. it's also so so nice when you actually eat your pizza and you find the biggest black hair in your pizza known to man. Now, I'm not unreasonable. I work I customer service myself. I hate customers like myself who complain but Heck its just a pizza pizza. It's not too much to ask. I do not for one minute expect someone on the other end of the phone to give me 5 star service but when a silly pizza costs £20 I expect that every thing is done correctly and at least be spoken to like a human. Also it's very frustrating when I ask to speak to his manager he then replys saying he doesn't have one. I've already been offered £20 off my next order by a very polite man with a lovely foreign accent who's name I don't remember unfortunately due to the bad customer service of the other man who felt with me but once again I got hung up on when I called again by a different man.
