McDonalds thank you! You reminded me why I donât order food from your establishment.
When you first opened, it felt like Christmas. The kids were excited, we had family over and thought weâll treat everyone to McDonalds. After 2hours of waiting, excitement soon turned to misery, when half the order was missing. I was partially refunded, but due to lack of napkins I was unable to wipe my kids tears away.
Today, convinced by my family, we should give McDonalds another go. Thankfully this time you packed enough napkins to wipe my tears away. Over an hour after the estimated delivery time, I wasnât surprised to find a meal missing.
At least this time I wasnât halfway down the A12 cursing at your incompetent staff, searching for double sausage and egg muffin which was MIA.
I donât claim to be an expert or have experience working into the food industry, but I imagine getting food to the customer is apart of the business plan?

   Read moreThe food and quality is absolutely disgusting, this has to be worst McDonaldâs in itâs history, the restaurant is dirty cleanliness disgusting. And it keeps getting worse every time you go there! I will never return to this particular McDonaldâs branch.
They talk about equality and diversity the manageress Emily is a RACIST (if thatâs actually her name) treated me differently compared to the treatment of other people, if you have food allergies / or you do not eat certain meat and you complain or ask for something to be changed she rolled her eyes and refused, I said to her itâs been done before, well Iâm not doing it, she needs to be trained up with manners and etiquette understanding peoples needs and allergies and accommodating customers.
Itâs clearly disappointing to see an amazing brand like McDonaldâs being poorly represented and tarnishing their name and reputation.
The thing is certain members of staff in this store have been very helpful and welcoming in the past, but this particular individual Emily on numerous occasions has not been very nice.

   Read moreToday at around 4pm, i went inside to order take away, there are 2 staff in the till, one of them is already calling my number, i honestly dont kno which one of them was calling my number as they were wearing a mask, i went to the left till and touched the bag as i thought it was my order, when actually my order was on the right side, anyway, the big lady on the left who is obviously the manager said in an annoyed tone "OH MY GOD!!!" As she went to bin the bag that i touched. I do apologized for touching the wrong order but as a manager I would expect more from you. I would expect that its the superior to show good manners and right conduct towards your staff. Anyway, I forgive you for your rudeness, but just because u are tired because its a busy hour doesnt mean u are entitled to be rude.
