Ok had enough now ! I suggest that the area manager either does something about the attitude at this branch or find a new job ! Maybe take store managers and staff with you , to do something other than not bother to care for your customers. So for past two weeks these guys have served up cold FRYS and BURGERS and BOX OF 20 COLD SHRIVELLED NUGGETS ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASSSIONS Via their drive thru. So ,WARNING DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMPLAIN TO STAFF OR MANAGEMENT OR THEY WILL DO YOUR FOOD WORSE NEXT TIME . TODAYS STUNT ,TWENTY GERKINS (AS WE ASK FOR EXTRA ) SO THIS TIME OVER 20 GERKINS ,ON EACH OFTHE CHEESEBURGER AND HAMBURGER FOR OUR CHILDREN ,THE BURGERS ARRIVED STONE COLD .OH YES AND MY DAUGHTERS HAMBURGER HAD BEEN COVERED IN SALT TOO ( CONGRATULATIONS THATS AN AUTISTIC CHILD ) LARGE FRIES ,4 LARGE BOXES BUT LESS THAN HALF OF THE BOX WAS FULL OF FRIES ,STONE CILD AS USUAL . Read moreFood was fine, no worries about that. But it was a 25 minute wait for two burgers, an order of fries, and two drinks. After 10 minutes I went to check on my order as the monitor wasn't working and you could not check on the progress. The printer had not worked (again) on the self service point so I could not just show this. The young girl who dealt with me found my order and printed a copy receipt for me, she went to check with the kitchen and said she could see the order and it was being worked on. Another 10 minutes passed and I was watching very large orders going out and lots of people coming and going. This time I spoke to a young man, and his manager came over to see if he could help. He said he wasn't sure what had happened but would osrt it. It was only another 3 minutes after that point that the manager brought our order and apologised saying he "wasn't sure what had happened". So bad service unfortunately. My 5 year old was very patient waiting but did comment when we got back to the car and were eating "i think that man sat on my burger" (lol) as the double cheeseburger looked even more squashed than normal. I appreciate waiting times are longer on a weekend as we had gone a couple of times around the same time, but it seemed my order was lost or overlooked on more than...
Read moreYesterday we went for the drive-through and we ordered food. We drove to the park to eat it and noticed that a chicken burger was missing from the order.
Went back to the window and told them that a chicken burger was missing and the McDonalds employee said that they were sure they put it on the bag. I insisted that they didn't, and he guaranteed he did.
I asked the guy (who I found out was the manager) to go and check the CCTV. He said he was going to check it now. Took another 10m, came back and said: clearly I put it in the bag, so you have to have it there.
I was like: look, we didn't go anywhere, the burger is nowhere to be seen, can you please just give us the burger so we can get on with our lives? He said no because it chews up on the profit of the restaurant to which I said that the chat we were just having is chewing on more profits than the £1 chicken burguer.
After much debate, he said he would do us a favour and give us the chicken burger that he never gave us in the first place.
Absolutely appalling behaviour and that manager should be fired on the spot. I was never this mistreated at a McDonalds...
