I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's and experienced service that went above and beyond my expectations, all thanks to the incredible waitress named Theo. I am absolutely delighted to write this review and express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding service I received during my visit.
From the moment I walked through the doors, Theo greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly welcomed. Her positive energy and genuine enthusiasm for her job were contagious, creating a wonderful ambiance throughout the restaurant. Read moreLast night my wife and I ordered a collection for 6:20 pm and when we went to the restaurant at 6:18 pm, first a waiter said that our food was on the grill and would be ready in two minutes and my wife and I went out and came back 5 minutes later and another waiter said that our food would be ready in 5 minutes, we continued to wait and after 5 minutes when we asked the waiter he said that it would be ready in 2 minutes. We waited patiently again and it was 6:45 and when we asked the waiter again, they asked us for our order number and entered it into the system, talked among themselves, found the receipt of the food in the system, finally printed it and gave it to the grill and told us that your food was on the grill, but we understood that they had never cooked the food and when we insistently asked, they started to cook it. Then a woman in a red shirt, probably the manager, told us that the kitchen was busy and did not even apologize, if they had told us that the kitchen was busy and would be ready in 20 minutes or if they had informed us on the system that the restaurant was busy, there would have been absolutely no problem, but the manager or chef in the red shirt decided to argue with us instead of apologizing, and then when they finally started to make our food, the manager shamelessly said hello my love how are you in front of us to other customers and continued his "service" with a smile. And then they told us your order was ready and a waiter checked all our orders before packing but there was a problem they were all the wrong order and the order was in our name. And they corrected our orders again and we finally got our food. We are all human beings and I work as an assistant manager in a restaurant, I am the person who will understand their situation best, but I am commenting on a restaurant for the first time in my life to show how much damage the woman in the red shirt has done to the business and her attitude towards us, I am writing this to correct this person and her attitude, which is a huge damage to the nando's company, if you are going to order, please check the status of the restaurant and choose to be patient before going, especially if that woman in the red shirt is there. Read moreWent this evening, received incredibly slow service for how empty it was. When we finally got our food my partners chicken was raw. We told a staff member and she took it to the kitchen where they all looked at it. When he got back ( red/ purple curly haired girl with glasses) she said it was just a vain. I told her it was raw and she stared an argument saying I was treating her as a slave etc. I explained that I didn’t need her attitude and that we just wanted it corrected she continued to argue then rolled her eyes and headed back to the kitchen where she pointed at as to her colleagues and you could see she was slagging us off. We had our food and left. Not even an apology. Aweful time will definitely not be coming back if staff members can’t even be taught Basic customer service. ( I would like to add, there was food piling up on counter when many staff were talking and laughing at the counter ignoring people waiting for their food) if this is how Nando’s treats there customers, no wonder why it’s so empty.
