I used to go deans all every weekend for a treat. I am now pregnant so not been a while. Decided to have a treat tonight. Yet to my disappointment was a disaster! We ordered 3 Sundays. Got told hour delivery ok that’s fine. So we waited. 2 hours later they came! Specifically asked for mint chocolate ice cream in the bottom. None. After eaten noticed no chocolate sauce in the middle like normal or nuts. Rang the shop. To be told the man I ordered with forgot to write down my mint ice cream change. Also the woman said to me I’ll be back as only just come in need to speak to the team. Ok I said she came back to me that all the ice cream gets made with the same measurements. And she watched him make my order yet you only just come in? When my order was placed 2 hours earlier? Safe to say my one treat was ruined!! And will never be returning to this...

Our visit to Dean's Desserts was nothing short of magical! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff were a true delight—friendly, attentive, and eager to help us choose the perfect treats.

We indulged in a heavenly assortment of cookie dough, carrot cake, ice cream, and milkshakes, and each item was a blissful experience on its own! The cookie dough was rich and gooey, the carrot cake was moist and flavourful, and the ice cream was creamy perfection. The creative milkshakes were a fun and delicious way to top it all off!

Order from here all the time, phoned up and placed another order and was told 1 hour delivery. Rang back after an hour and a half to be told our order was the next one out when the driver returned. Ring back nearly another hour later to be passed to the “owner” of the shop who was very rude and unapologetic. He lied and said they had left me two voice mails when clearly they hadn’t!
