Had a full English with 2 slices of toast, coffee and a glass of OJ for just over £9. Extremely friendly staff, quality breakfast ingredients and served very quickly. An awesome little diner type cafe/restaurant and definitely worth a visit. Just be warned the staff say they are especially crazily busy on Fridays. Been here several times now and every time has been a hit. 2 English breakfasts (and large and a small)they come standard with toast and a drink and an extra coffee was under £15. Highly recommended. Just tried the newly added homemade apple turnovers, very delicious and just a little tart to titillate the tongue.

Lovely local cafe. The pork and stuffing baguettes/batches are so tasty as are the jacket potatoes. My daughter loves the blended milkshakes. We attended a Halloween event today for kids where we decorated two brownies and made some cookies and decorated them. This cost £10 and included a sandwich/crisps for the kids and tea/coffee/squash for all. This was a lovely, fun event for the holidays. The children thoroughly enjoyed it and it was excellent value for money. I will definitely be looking out for future events like this.

For weeks I've been wanting to try the pork and stuffing batches, finally today I have. WOW. I have never seen so much filling in all my life, the food was piping hot, everything about this was just incredible.. the crackling too.. I think I'll be asking for a portion of that in a bag too next time. Honestly every mouthful was just spot on, I didn't want it to end.. roll on next Friday!

The service I received the first time I went in there, was the opening to support local business The owner that runs it Didn’t really acknowledge me I think her name is Madison She seemed Quite abrupt Didn’t say thank you or anything like that, I just put this down to her being busy. Now the second time I went in, I was looking what to order the whole time she sat on Her phone laughing and joking with her friend I asked about three times if she could help me, as my child has Nut allergies, once again There was no knowledge whatsoever weather What was going on in the shop? So I just left and won’t be able to return now it’s a real shame because some of the cakes look absolutely beautiful but the customer service is absolutely shocking as a small business. This is one of the most important things. Great service brings the...

I have visited Mad about the Buns several times, and I can honestly say, the service has always been friendly, professional, in fact nothing but, exceptional. I am a strict vegetarian, and the staff have always ensured that there has been no cross contamination, and always made sure, that I am satisfied, as I am unfortunately a bit of a pain, due to how strict a vegetarian I am.

I would always highly recommend Mad about the Buns, for all food, especially the cakes. They are delicious and the portions are very generous. You would be mad to not visit....
