Mamoni Balti — Restaurant in Coventry

Orderd food here , was told on the app it would take 45 mins it actually took 1 HR and 45 mins . Phoned the takeaway to see where it was they said it was on its way ..fair enough .They are only 7 mins drive away . 15 mins later I phoned back and the lady on the phone was shouting at me telling me he's just left ..I thought he left when I last called ??anyway driver arrived saying they had a big back log of orders . Why don't u stop taking orders then or give a correct ETA of delivery so customers can decide whether they want to wait that long .won't be using again which is a shame as we have before and didn't have...

I love the food that they produce - tailored to my needs. But their customer service sucks!! Told one hour delivery. Delivered in two hours and only luke warm. Complained over the telephone twice and got a rubbish reply - Told not their fault. Because of this the poor delivery man did not get his usual tip. This is not the first time. Previously I have telephoned and personally called in up to two hours in advance to collect at a certain time and still kept waiting over 15 minutes and my 10% collection discount was "rounded down"! Cannot express how bad this meal was. After 15 minutes of starting to eat it I was lying on the bathroom floor not sure whether I was going to be sick or pass out.
