App shows 1hr window for delivery but after that hour passes its impossible to get through to either the takeaway or BigFoodie to chase up the order. Had to drive down and chase in person. Which was as much fun as it sounds.... Lots of crossed wired and misunderstanding. Eventually transpires that food had just left for delivery - however I still managed to get home before the delivery arrived!

We haven't used Mayflower House for over 5 years, because its standards became so poor, in terms of flavour and quality of vegetables. Today, we tried them again, mostly because other Chinese takeaways were closed, because of Covid-19. My two sons and my wife were happy with what they ate, Vegetable Chow Mein and Hot and Sour Vegetarian Soup. However, I have just experienced the worst Vegetable Stir Fry I have ever eaten in my life. It was greasy and completely lacking in flavour.
