Greggs — Restaurant in Coventry

Extremely poor staff as a regional manager of a restaurant chain,I found it pathetic and lazy that each time we visited with 2hours to go on the staffs shift and closing this branch constantly does not bother to keep there food on hand? Never any stock no sandwichs no wedges no steak baked, several visits extremely poor management! We only go back because young daughter wants a doughnut typical UK customer service especially on a Sunday,the old UK can't be bothered to put food out kicks in or the I want to go home?? UK in many foid outlets...

As I work on the shopping parade by greggs on Daventry Road I am quite a frequent visitor. Love buying the white chocolate cookies too! They are delicious. I always receive amazing customer service and there is a young man that works there who is always very attentive and is very friendly. The store is doing an amazing job especially during the coronavirus where people are having to adapt to the new normal. We came to Greggs in Warwick with 2 small kids who wanted pizza and Sam who was behind the counter, put in some pizza for the little ones and put out the tables and chairs for us. This was at 10.40, when breakfast hadn’t finished. We have very grateful for the service we had. The...
