First time trying here, it's inside the Warwick arts centre. Good range of food. I love fish, so I wish they would have made a dish that's non spicy as I cannot eat spicy food. The Thai sweet chilli tofu was good, beef brisket was nice and the singapore vermicelli too. The one disappointment was the sweetcorn soup which was lukewarm, thought soup would be the hottest dish of all. Unfortunately there was no air con and it was quite hot and we were sitting near the food counter. To get some airflow, they had a door open at the back which may have encouraged some flies coming in... Overall good service and good food, if parking wasn't that difficult to find (sat nav wasn't really directing me correctly), would probably go back again. Now that I know where it is, will prob give it another try at some point, maybe when it's cooler.

We went here with friends last week. Staff were lovely, and atmosphere is great. Unfortunately the food was pretty average. E.g. Sweetcorn & crab soup and onion rings had no salt / no flavour. Green chicken curry was also similarly bland. Other dishes were okay; fish in chilli oil was excellent, as were the mushrooms. Worth checking out!

The restaurant was clean, the food was good but thats not much selection and the good stuff goes quickly. The staff are friendly but perhaps understaffed, it took a while to get our drink orders and for them to come, and even then they kept getting mixed up or selling out. I guess excusable since they just opened

I think my big conclusion from going to Panda Mami is that in this economy you can't do a good Chinese buffet. Firstly, the good points, the decoration is lovely.

However... Service was sub-par. It was very slow to get drinks and when we asked for water we were only given a very small glass meaning we had to keep asking again and again We were asked to leave at one point because we'd been there over an hour and a half, even though we'd only been there half an hour. This limit was also not communicated at the start. At one point the table was cleared including my partners drink because they thought we had left, even though we had just gone to the buffet briefly. It's a shame that speed didn't apply when we wanted a drink. The food. Everything was just not great. The pork ribs were alright. The meat was incredibly chewy or gristley, very very cheap meat. The range wasn't actually that large with lots of things repeated in slightly different ways. The chocolate cake was incredibly dry.

Honestly, I wouldn't reccomend. If you only have 13 pounds go to a normal restaurant and have less, but better quality food and if you want a good buffet, go elsewhere and pay more.

I certainly won't...

The food was of decent quality and the variety was fine but the service was very poor. We asked to change tables a few minutes after we were seated because we had many bags and they told us that once seated, you are assigned a table, hence you cannot change. This is the first time I'm told such a thing in a restaurant. Then, staff informed us at 14:27 that the buffet was closing at 14:30, meaning 3 minutes notice. Finally, when my friend asked whether the ice-cream machine would be available past 14:30, staff told her "yes" but when she asked for ice-cream 5 minutes later, they told her that the machine was closed because it shuts down automatically at 14:30 from the electricity panel. Overall, service can be...
