Pizza 2 GO — Restaurant in Coventry

Just food is good, no service and respect to customers waiting time and serve cold food. This is second time getting my food late, last time it took 1hr 45 minutes this time 1hr just for what to get cold food served. If you guys don't wanna serve customers who orders on your website, please cancel that order within 10 minutes. At least we would order from another shop won't starve, but you guys on purpose make us wait and your website keep showing food is being prepared. You guys are just sitting busy with Uber and just eating, because if you serve late you have to refund and on your own website you make your regular customers wait and starve as you don't have to compensate us. I have ordered with Uber from pizza to go and the fun fact is it came 10 min earlier. Completely...

We read the reviews and were a bit skeptical ordering from there. However, the special offer was really good so we took the risk... And we were pleasantly surprised! This takeaway is underrated, definitely worth more than 4*. We ordered kebabs and chicken wings. Kebabs came with good garlic sauce on a side. I mentioned the sauce because in some places it's watery and tasteless. Kebabs were tasty, portion wise it didn't look abnormal size as in some places in Coventry. However, it was enough to get full. Chicken wings are nicely grilled, tasty (not raw, no blood) but tastes fresh and not dry. Food wasn't oily. My gf attached a photo. The value for money is really good. I went here today for the first time to try something new and I will never come back here.

The first issue I faced was that when I walked in, it took me about ten minutes to be served and the place was not all that packed. When he took my order he said it would be 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my food to be ready.

The atmosphere of the restaurant wasn’t good either. The food wasn’t all that great and to be honest the best tasting thing I had was the Pepsi. Everything else was just bad and I wouldn’t recommend.

There was also another man who ended up waiting the same amount of time as me and all he ordered was just two portions fries.

Overall id give the place 2/10...
