Phoned to order a delivery for two pizzas I have been using this place since I was 16 years old and I am now 34. The same Issue a few times I have said I will pay by card. Tonight the guy turned up and said he wasn’t aware of this. Rang the branch and the guy on the phone told me I never mentioned this. I told him abruptly that I did and I was aware I Had no money in my wallet so I said I needed a card machine. If the calls are recorded it would be proven. I was made out to be a liar. 14 years of using Gogos and this is the final straw. I will not accept being called a liar and being asked to transfer money into a drivers account due to your own mistake. This is not the only time this has happened but I have let it go and being lied to over the phone upon delivery and being called a liar and being asked to transfer into someone’s account is completely unprofessional. Absoloutly awful experience. We ordered a hot dog stuffed crust which didn't turn up, when I phoned they said it was out of stock but no one told us before delivery, we would have changed our order or cancelled as this was the only reason for ordering. One of the pizzas seemed undercooked the man said on the phone "it's supposed to be like this" which is strange because the other pizza wasn't like that. Waste of money, also sent the wrong dips. When I called to get a refund on the hot dog crust and wrong dips the man on the phone was unhelpful and rude almost making out like they hadn't done anything wrong!!!!!!! Awful place and awful costumer service. Wasn't even that much cheaper than Dominoes, word or warning pay a little extra and go there instead!!!!!! He offered to send dips but refused as our pizza could be cold by the time they came and offered to come and get the pizza for a refund!!!!! I couldn't believe that, unfortunately we had 2 kids to get to bed so couldn't mess around...

I've been here quite a few times and their food has been good, unfortunately this time it was awful I'm not sure if this is because I ordered via uber eats and had a discount code Ordered chicken fillet burgers with a note to give the spicy ones . What we got were normal chicken which was very bland with a soggy batch. Next item. I ordered a cheese burger but got a lamb burger with again a soggy batch Ordered a lamb donor batch but the donor had a really bad smell. This isn't the first time I ate lamb donor so knew what it smells and tastes like. For all the burgers I added a note for them to add chilli and mayo but all the burgers came pain. Really disappointed with this as my family were looking forward to having a nice meal. Sorry but not ordering from here again!!
