Been a customer for years. Used to visit on a daily basis and did enjoy coming here. Normally when they mess up a order ( not often) they would replace it but on the last two occasions when they have messed this up ( drive thru) and I have rang in ( as only realised after driving off) giving my details to be promised they will sort it when I come next. On the first occasion the male took down details but I was told they had no idea what I was on about so I just paid for it . Then the second time (yesterday)I rang in again as they messed up the order and The lady took my details and I explained that last time I complained they said my details were not written down so she re assured me this would not be the case . So I went today and explained to the manager who said nothing was written again even though I had the name of the staff that had took my details . She said she could only offer me a small drink but I refused and just paid as it wasn’t just about the replacement drink. It was annoying as the other girl working along with lady that took my name the day before , stood staring at me with the manager but she didn’t confirm anything so again I had to pay for it.
