I ordered a take away for my friend's birthday and had asked them, (only if possible) to include a little happy birthday note on the delivery bag. I was expecting just a little bit of paper. Instead, to our surprise, they had gone to buy a happy birthday card, there was a happy birthday note on all the packets and also a bottle of wine included. I was sooo impressed and soo humbled at how much this restaurant took care in not only meeting, but exceeding out expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and the customer service just amazing. We also had a little issue with just-eat, as they didn't send the order to them and thankfully I phoned to double check - however - they promptly got on the phone to just eat to find out what the problem was and solved it immediately. It is ever so humbling as we are relying more and more on placing orders by phone or online and it makes all the difference to know that you are still get the same, (in this case much more) quality service. Such a Horrible food I never ate. This is Disgusting Horrible and they disrepute Bengali Cuisine. If there is any Minus point I could give them minus. Total disrespectful to Bengali foods or Cuisine. I order Tandoori KingPrawn Pasanda it was not TandooriKing Prawn and it’s nothing spice or Almond just some coconut powder with few pieces Kingprawn even not proper portions watery even No salt. I have ordered from this curry house for delivery 3 times now. The first time it came it was over 20 mins later than expected and we had to call twice to see what happened to the delivery plus they forgot an item of the menu.

The second time I ordered again my delivery was 1 hour +?

The 3rd time I ordered for a delivery it was 1 hour 20 mins totally unacceptable for a small order for a single person. I actually called and said that I wanted to cancel this order, which they seemed happy to do with no offer of apology at all .

Then I received a knock at the door I was offered no discount for the delay but because I was hungry I excepted the delivery!! I wished I hadn’t. The food was stone cold when I received it and the quality of the food wasn’t good!

Totally never ordering...
