First impression of the out side of the harvester looks appealing booked a table for 5 2 adults and 3 children was approached by the manager about 2 mins waiting for him the places wasn't overly busy 🙄 After being seated on the world most uncomfortable chairs with tables that rock soon as you look at them I know I was in for an interesting meal. A waitress arrived taking drinks orders and we opted to order our food at the same time as we knew what was require for our forfillment. For our hungry bellies. After waiting 30 mins plus for the drink to arrive with doesn't seem like a mean feat to make 3 apple juices 1 sex on the beach and a pint why did it take so long for these to arrive is beyond mean first signs that this wasn't going to be a good meal. Raised this with a supervisor not much was done. Food took far to long to arrive on the table took over 1 hour after ordering food to arrive and even to then mixed grill things were missing off the plate peas over cooked and less then a spoon full of them mac and cheese £3.99 and get a table spoons full . Wife order turned up incomplete and jacket potato rather than mash food was served cook with no care on how it was presented on the plate over all the worst experience I have ever had in a harvester the lack of customer service and care is far from shocking Will be hoping that head office or customer service will be reaching out to reimburse me for such a poor experience in there establishment expeshilly after recently visiting one of there other restaurants in north wales and having a really good experience this was decusting at three bridges has definitely turn me off using this brand again

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent visit to Harvester – The Hawth Park Inn was extremely disappointing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The phone rang out loud for what felt like forever, disrupting the atmosphere and making it hard to relax. Dirty tables were left uncleared for over an hour, which created an unpleasant impression of the restaurant’s cleanliness and overall standards. Our own table was not cleared between courses, and I had to ask twice for cutlery, which really shouldn’t happen at a well-established chain like Harvester. The entire restaurant felt dirty and in urgent need of a deep clean, from the floors to the sticky menus. To make matters worse, I ordered the same main meal as my partner, but mine arrived without the fries. When we mentioned it to the server, there was no apology or urgency in correcting the mistake. Our starters were also missing the advertised sauces, and again, no one seemed particularly bothered. The salad bar – usually a highlight – was empty and filthy, with bits of old food scattered around and no clean bowls or fresh options available. Overall, this visit left a lot to be desired. I’ve had good experiences at other Harvester branches, but this location really needs urgent attention – both in terms of cleanliness and staff training. Sadly, I won’t be returning any time soon.

So so disappointing. Had lunch there today, service was really really slow, long wait to be served then another long wait for food to arrive. Salad bar not refreshed very quickly so had to ask for the basics like lettuce and tomatoes. Other items like coleslaw, cucumber, pasta were not available as they had apparently run out of them.....at lunch time....I pity those dining later in the evening? Waited a long time for our drinks and eventually had to ask again for them. Mine was a refreshing Lime and Mint soda in a nice glass full of ice made with fresh mint as pictured and described on the menu. When it arrived though it was a very different picture in an ordinary glass, very little ice, no lime and no mint! When I queried it they said it was due to supplier issues? Really.... basics like mint and Ice?? We had children with us and many of the items on the children's menu were not available either. Food did eventually arrive and was OK but rather mediocre, for the same price we have eaten so much better elsewhere. This was the first visit back to a Harvester after many years and definitely the last. Very poor experience from walking in to walking out. So sad and we felt sorry for the waitresses who have to face the customers with such poor offerings.

First of all the service from Melvin was very good from that he was so polite, friendly and kept smiling. the service stars are for him. The Ribs were OK although could have done with a bit more sauce, the drinks were fine. Only interested in one dessert but that had sold out that night but that was fine. Now the part we were very disappointed with and why I did not give anymore than 2 stars on Service & Food, we have been using Harvester for many years including the one at Crawley Leisure Park before it closed and been pleased (despite the staffing issues there), regardless of the time in the evening if the Salad Bar is low it's always kept stocked up. The Hawth Park Inn Harvester is the first one I have to say was shocking! I understand when people visit the local Arts Centre for a show they pop in for something to eat and gets busy but after they go there is still people popping in for a good evening and get the service Harvester Offer. The Salad Bar, most of the salad, all sauce and crouton/onion bits/bacon bits/raisins/etc containers were empty and what was left in the Salad Containers didn't look very appetising. Raised this with Melvin straight away, very apologetic he went off to get it sorted but then did come back saying they won't refill them because of the time, I wasn't expecting everything to be filled right up but enough could have been put in so we were looked after. We were not the only ones who very disappointed. Management seem to be more interested in worrying about wastage at end of the night than Customer Service, or was it also laziness along with Kitchen Staff not want to replenish it either??!! Another little thing that didn't look good is seeing an off duty female member of walking into the kitchen holding in full view a bottle of cough medicine, best keep that out of view from the customers, hide in a bag or coat...

DON’T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. VERY RUDE STAFF.

Visited the venue on the bank holiday for family lunch. We were told that only limited menu was available and given just a piece of paper with plane text WITHOUT ANY PRICES. As it was on Monday and the menu we were given just had starters and mains, we thought the weekday lunch deal was on with a fixed price. There was even a sign at the entrance promoting the lunch deal and I double checked it to see if there was bank holiday exception or something like that.

We were not even that hungry but ordered the starters and mains for each only because we thought the lunch deal is on but when we received the bill, that was when we found out the deal was not actually on.

So we first talked to our server who was very kind then she called her manager to talk to us. The manager was very rude and she blamed us for not double checking if the deal is on! WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY FOR THE CONFUSION! I was trying to explain the situation that we were only given a piece of paper menu with NO PRICE but she was like ‘so what? What do you want me to do? Are you saying you are not gonna pay for this?’ in a very bad manner.

I understand there was a misunderstanding or confusion, whatever you wanna call it but why is it the customer’s fault when the menu doesn’t state any prices?!?!?! I think it should be the restaurant’s fault because they didn’t have any clause that the deal is not on bank holidays and we were not given a proper menu with prices. Since when it’s a customer’s duty to check everything?

In the end the manager only made discounted 20% which was still significant amount more than what we thought we would pay but she was like she was doing a favour for us which really let me down.

So thanks for ruining our family gathering time. I don’t think I will visit any of the...

Arrived 1.20 for 1.30 booking No one greeted us for few minutes, laptop was open with customers details on. Eventually shown to table. 20 mins later we asked a passing waitress if we could order drinks and food. She said we weren’t her area but slowly took order. No one said anything about a delay for food. At 2.10 we asked another waitress how long our food would be, she checked and said 10-15 minutes. We did tell her we weren’t impressed. 20 minutes later we asked again, apparently they were waiting for the sides to be done. About 2.45 food started to arrive, we were all hungry and stressed as had somewhere else to be. Most food was cold! Gravy was gelatinous, ribs, chicken and burgers were all cold, sweet potato fries were burnt. One meal still not served when waitress asked ‘how is everything’! We asked to spk to a manager, a lady came and said she’d give us some discount. The last meal, a nacho bean burger , finally arrived, with badly scorched bun top. When cut into the burger was cold, s p fries burnt! Myself and adult daughter went to see manager lady who was looking at our order on a screen. We complained profusely, she replied ‘sorry but we’re busy’! I informed her that was not our fault and with a diabetic in our group as well as 2 children the situation was not at all acceptable. By this time we had been there well over 2 hours! She offered to get us something else but by this time we needed to be elsewhere. I told her not to bother sorting a discount as we would be paying nothing. She eventually agreed after speaking to someone else that this was ok! This meal was a family meal for 8 as a Christmas tradition treat after seeing the pantomime. We had all had a fantastic morning but left your restaurant hungry, sad , some of us in tears. A total letdown with disgraceful...
