Despite reaching out for assistance regarding our forgotten item ā jalapeƱo peppers, a simple request ā we were met with utter disregard and disrespect.Upon calling the store, we were rudely put on hold, only to have the call abruptly terminated without any opportunity to address our concern. Upon arrival at the store, we were met with further neglect, as not a single member of the staff acknowledged our presence for a full five minutes.When finally able to speak to a manager, we were met with deception and indifference. Despite explaining our desire to add jalapeƱos to our order, we were falsely informed that they were unavailable until the end of April, contradicting the fact that I had ordered a pizza with jalapeƱos myself.This level of incompetence and dishonesty is simply unacceptable. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the failure to uphold basic standards of service is deeply disappointing. Being the first time there I explained to a gentleman what I would prefer and he did called a lady, so she came I explained it to her as well and in my understanding she took my order, and she told me 10-15mins wait. I was okay with that. After a long time of waiting I kept asking her if my order was ready but she kept ignoring me. So I thought it's not. After 30mins or so she comes back and takes the payment, so I thought my order was finally ready. She took payment and left. I kept waiting for the order until another lady comes and asks me if I have been assisted, I told her I've been waiting for almost an hour and she checked but couldn't see my name on any orders, said the only orders available on the system are for 14mins or less. I had to wait another 10 or so mins for my order to be ready. I was overwhelmed by frustration at the kind of service I had I have never been treated that way it was horrible and painful, very painful as I had to stand there waiting for all that long while my kids are waiting for the food! Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe service tonight was not very good unfortunately. Usually order from the Crawley store but due to this being the new local it had to go to this one. Anyway, it was 35 minutes and my pizza was still showing as 'IN PREP' so I thought I would call them to check everything was okay. Was calling for 30 minutes, about 30-40 different times with no answer (I'm stubborn). So went down to the store and they said they were busy, understandable but the bit that really let me down was the fact that the entire ten minutes I was in there they didn't answer the phone once! What customer service is that? Even if they answered the phone and said, sorry we're too busy can you please call the Crawley store, that's fine, but the lack of service with no one answering their customers is beyond me. Thankfully I got my pizza and requested a refund which should be actioned in 3/4 days, but I'll have to wait and find out if that actually happens. Shame as dominoes are...
