Five Guys Burgers and Fries Hemel Hempstead — Restaurant in Dacorum

I think that for what you pay it is not worth it both for quantity and quality, don't get me wrong, the quality wasn't really bad, worthy of a fast food restaurant but for the prices they have they are pub or restaurant prices. Another observation: you should warn the customer that it is not a menu but you pay for everything all separate. My experience was not good, to give my order a mess the waitress couldn't hear due to the noise and in the end she didn't understand anything in my sandwich almost everything of what I had ordered was missing, I waited more than half an hour after placing the order (and there weren't many customers) once I sat down to eat I saw what I had ordered £10.95 plus Vat of bacon cheeseburger it seems like a real joke to me, it had nothing of bacon it looked like two small pieces of bacon had fallen into the sandwich by mistake, a cheese that looked like paper without taste or integrity, the chips were the only thing that weren't bad but had very little of large, first and last time we won't go back there anymore places where you eat the same things with superior quality, clean and well-kept environment at the same price...

My recent visit to Five Guys in Hemel Hempstead was nothing short of exceptional, and a significant part of that experience was the outstanding service, particularly from Frank. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and really upbeat. The service was quick, and everything was freshly made to order. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the toppings.. it was juicy, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. The fries (especially the Cajun ones!) were hot, and served in generous portions.

The restaurant itself was clean, and had a great atmosphere. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how the team made sure everything was spot-on. Special shoutout to the staff on the tills and kitchen.. super efficient and genuinely cheerful.
