Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Dacorum

The service and quality at this Starbucks is appalling and should be investigated by the health and food standards agency along with trading standards for severe breaches to customer health and safety.

I have a serious intolerance to diary and the lactose in cow's milk, yet despite explaining this to the server and that I needed a diary-free alternative, which was charged at an extra fee (most other coffee shop brands do not apply a surcharge for requiring a diary-free alternative), the barista still proceeded to use full fat cow's milk. It would seem that Starbucks is profiteering in a rather immoral way.

The complete disregard of my customer needs and requirements regarding food intolerances is very serious and Starbucks staff do not seem to care when placing orders and making the drinks they serve which adversely affected my health as a result because I am simply not able to digest cow's milk!

I would not recommend to anyone, particularly customers with additional needs or requirements regarding food intolerances or nut allergies.

Suffice to say, I will not be returning to this supposedly "premium" coffee brand that does not comply with the guidelines and laws on food intolerances and nut allergies.

Worst cleanliness. Starbucks is stinking bad and no staffs care about the environment, chairs and tables are not cleaned at all. Staffs never care about the garbage dump and unclean toilets.

Got tissues on the reception and cleaned chairs. Bought the coffee earlier before looking on the atmosphere and place to sit, as it’s freezing cold outside there is is no option to dine out or takeaway aswell.

Do not fall in trap to this store just by the brand name, recommended to check the store. Most importantly the entrance door is with broken glasses and not sure how long it was like this. Instead running this quality Starbucks should close the store at this location to maintain...
