If I could give this place 0, I would. Came here with family, after a lovely dinner and thought that as this place was near and looked nice we could try it. I have been here once before and it was a nice place with a good welcome. We walked in and the place was completely empty. Here's me thinking that's good as we would have great service... I was utterly wrong.

No one seated us, we were expected to get up and get out own menus when there were staff just standing around on phones doing nothing.

No one brought tissues, or welcomed us or came to take our order. Had to go up and order.

We ordered quite a lot: Bubblicious Sundae - 6.95 Brownie volcano Sundae - 6.95 Strawberry mocktail - 4.95 Mango mocktail - 4.95 Berry delight waffle 7.95

Our order was made up by two children who are secondary aged under 16. Both who attend my younger siblings secondary school. They were not being supervised by the 'adult' staff, who were on their phones.

Our order arrived - well the Bubblicious Sundae, Strawberry mocktail and Mango mocktail. However, the Sundae (prepared by the underage young boy) which was half melted and dripping down the sides, was missing the bubble gum gelato, strawberry sauce and the white chocolate chunks... Both mocktails were missing the ice and the lemon and mint in the strawberry one (which was in the description and also how I had it last time I visited).

I asked for tissues. Where I was then given dirty tissues. To which I then got up and asked to cancel the order and for a refund. The only good thing about this place is that they didn't make it hard to refund.

I will definitely not ever be visiting again. And I would recommend everyone to steer clear away. No manners, awful service and...

Recently discovered this place and didn’t know such a gem exists in such a proximity to me. Wish the guys nothing but great success. Knowing how challenging it can be for an independent business to succeed during these extremely testing times, it is truly commendable what they’ve taken on to bring their locals a fantastic dessert shop. I know customers can be very hard to please and even the littlest thing can make customers leave a bad review, this can not be as forgiving to an independent business because they simply to not have the financial backing of the massive chains who can support their franchises. So I strongly advise the locals and anyone else to get behind independents like this and others because the high street is dying as we know it, so even if you have a slightly bad experience here please please give them a chance to sort out whatever issue you have and i’m sure they will be delighted to sort it out. I’ve seen too many local businesses fail due to the ongoing challenges faced by smaller businesses and pleasing customers is ever so difficult while they also navigate through difficult times so sometimes some customers can expect something for nothing. But when you are doing this please think for once the amount of effort, investment and time these guys and many similar establishments have put it into their businesses to bring their local area something vibrant...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the most amazing desert shop I've ever been to, and I can't stop raving about my experience there! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest welcome by the friendly staff, who were all eager to help me choose from their extensive menu of delicious treats.
