McDonald's — Restaurant in Dacorum

We were made to wait, at the front of the drive-in queue, for seemingly no reason at all. The ice cream machine worked for once though, so not all bad.

Edit: Walked in a couple days ago to get 99p Big Mac from the deal on the app while I was nearby at Pets At Home. After 15 minutes wait, I ask one of the staff if the order has definitely gone through. He goes to check, doesn't come back. I see him again after another 10 minutes and ask what the situation is. He goes to check again. Manager comes out 10 minutes later. Asks what I ordered. Asks for proof (which I show on the app), walks away. 10 minutes later I walk to the counter to see what the situation is. Manager tells employee to check the system (showing that no attempt was made until now). They kept insisting that I must not have ordered it, or the payment didn't go through. It's shown on the app, and the payment did go through. Different restaurant, maybe? Nope, The Bell, 241 London Road, Hemel Hempstead.

At this point, I've been here for 50 minutes! The manager finally says "Oh, just make him a Big Mac then". Such a weird display of penny-pinching. Won't be going there again in a hurry. Don't push issues with the app onto the customer. That seems...

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's 3 large meals and 2 x 20 nuggets I asked at first window if I could have tarter sauce and told no problem I even offered to pay if needed arrived at second window with a teenager with the world biggest attitude told me I couldn't have tarter sauce and they had no ketchup either how ridiculous So I asked if I could speak with manager expecting some maturity and common sense as they run out of most common sauce and just sold me 40 nuggets you would think it would be a no brainier to hand over a couple of tubs of tarter I even offer once again to pay for it and when the manager was rude and confrontational I just gave up or I would of thrown the meals at her it's ridiculous to have to post this but when I arrived home there was no straws or wipes in bags and wrap was really really burned would never go there again

HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO EMPLOY SOME ONE OLDER THEN 14 AND HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had three disappointing experience at this Mcdonald, and despite me requesting my order to be made fresh as the last three occasions all meals burgers were cold and apple was chewy and rubbery. I am yet again disappointed and very p** that after spending £17.64 all the burgers are cold 2 big mac and chicken burgers, the chips were not fresh... And cold... Not happy 😞.... Spending the kind of money for cold food is a joke I feel I should have a refund, however they offered my a free meal.... A meal I will not receive as I have decided to no longer use this restaurant. The fact I made a request and when paid I asked has it been done fresh, at collection window has it been done fresh .. Yes they said parked up checked... Not the case.. 🙏🏽 The only thing that was right was the Fanta and milkshake! Try the Jarman Park one if no good just stop buying this fast food! They need to raise their standards or reduce the price for substandard food not meeting any kind of...
