Lakeview 360 — Restaurant in Dartford

I honestly feel that these guys are becoming complacent. They are generally very good with their service and quality of products. The products haven't changed, so no complaints there. My only concern is their attention to detail has become apparently lackluster. The past few occasions we've received delivery, there have been either missing items or the order has been wrong. Granted they'll look to rectify as swiftly as possible however they are in the food industry, you order to eat once the food arrives, you don't order to receive your order and wait a further 20-30 minutes to eat in the event there are any issues to be rectified. Guys! please double check that your orders are correct when preparing/packing, read the notes when customers leave specific notes on their orders and adhere to them, if you're choosing not to, then please remove the option to leave notes, as the option becomes completely irrelevant. Fine points such as adding sauces at the point of ordering are important to the customer. The customer expects their order to be exactly as they've ordered but when it arrives missing those fine points the eating experience becomes negative. Visited a number of times in recent weeks. New business that took over the premises a few years ago from what I can tell.

Food is great quality (so much better than the previous business located here - though I do miss their omelettes!) and reasonable portions on most items. Always greeted with friendly and efficient service.

Had eggs missed off a takeaway breakfast once, they realised & called me just after I'd left, but I missed the call until back at the office. Sorted out with free extra the following week.

If you're a regular and pre-order online, loyalty points to the value of 5% off. All but one time my food was ready when I arrived to collect.

Excellent quality food, we were so happy to have discovered this place. Its not often you find this high standard locally. Modern menu and great selections. Its busy and fast paced, majority is food to go for the office workers nearby. Because of this the food is served in takeaway containers. However, i am happy to put up with that in exchange for such enjoyable, fresh, reasonably priced, well presented dishes. And although the cafe is small, we did get a table and were able to enjoy the view of the lake too. The staff were busy, yet still found time to check with us all was okay. Toilets were spotless.
