Fish N Chips — Restaurant in Dartford

Great tasting food great service and very nice friendly welcoming family run chippy . The massive bonus for me is my wife can have more than just chips here as they do gluten free , the chips are gluten free because of the oil there cooked in , they do gluten free sausages home made gluten free tandoori chicken which taste fantastic and also a gluten free chicken curry which we haven't rid yet but will do soon. The lady in the shop told me she is working on a gluten free batter so hopefully will be able to do battered fish gluten free soon . I been there and I taken fish and chips. First time I go there because I look the reviews, most pretty good. Unfortunately I find bad food. Fish not fresh and fish and chips was cooked in the old oil. Very bad taste. I was there early, when they open so the oil should be fresh. I eat a bit but I have to throw rest in the bucket. I fill the old oil in my mouth. Just filled horrible. Only the staff are nice. I hope you take that comment like advice for better...

They use to be completely ace. The last few orders, they have got it wrong literally every time. The food quality is not what it use to be and they charge me for my full order, yet parts are missing or they’ve given me something entirely different. I’ve continued to order on 3 extra occasions and they still mess my order up!! Mainly missing items. Not sure why it’s so hard to get a 3 item order wrong... Such a shame. Will be going somewhere else...
