Milestone marble cafe — Restaurant in Dartford

I wouldn't even give one star if it allowed me to, this place is awful. They clearly have no idea what customer service is, i waited around an hour and a half for them to arrive with something i clearly told them in the notes that i didn't want and cold food, the women came with my very late food and said there was nothing she could do, like a simple call would have sorted this issue, i had tried calling them but they didn't pick up. I called and asked them to tell them my order was wrong and the women on the phone just said "what do you want me to do" i said just to bring the missing item which she replied "it will take a while because we are so busy" like this is my problem, they could get the orders right to start with. they didn't even bring my missing items.

This place clearly has very poor management as they cannot train staff with how to deal with any issues that come up, a simple call to let me know the food would be a bit later would have made me feel a lot better about this place.

Wouldn't order from here or visit if they paid...

This was our first visit to this cafe. Ordered our breakfasts at the counter and the girl serving said she'd bring our drinks over then proceeded to chat on her phone and to her friend who was waiting for take away. Asked twice if we could get our drinks and after 20 minutes, just as we were going to walk out our food arrived so I asked this lady if i could finally get my coffee and she brought it straight away. The food was quite simply the best fry up I've had in years, beautifully cooked, fresh, tasty and piping hot and this will be our go to cafe from now on, just hoping counter hitch was a one off and not the normal level of service, 20 minutes wait for a coffee is not good but the quality of the food definitely...

Slow. Mistake with order. Expensive (for what it is).

Edit: the beauty of this Google stuff is you don't need to believe me. Other people, customers, will visit will agree with me or not. Was I unlucky? Maybe. That doesn't change what happened. Even if my subjective taste is too fussy, you can't change the fact that what arrived on my table was not what was ordered. Most of my reviews are negative, because if you get it right (without being miraculous) that's what should be. I prefer not to post mediocrity. You want to see something better from my point of view? Look next door. That barber...
