As first-time customers, our experience left a lot to be desired and unfortunately, it has made a negative impression on us.

Chicken Biryani – 1/5: The dish was severely lacking in flavor. It was bland, lacked seasoning, and was dry. The absence of key ingredients and condiments typically found in an authentic Biryani was noticeable, and it fell short of expectations.

Chicken Tikka – 1/5: The meat was tough, dry, and appeared to lack freshness. The overall quality of the dish was far from acceptable for a place that should be serving high-quality food.

To the owner: I strongly recommend taking the time to review the feedback shared by customers on platforms like Google. Genuine reviews are a reflection of actual customer experiences, and people tend to share negative feedback only when they've been disappointed. Ordered a takeaway delivery, after reading that the takeaway had won awards. So was looking forward to eating my food. Delivery was good and timely. As for the food - I cannot believe how this could be an award wining takeaway! I ordered a vegetable kurma it tasted more like a dessert/pudding, as it was laden with sugar and was a thick congealed lump. It was disgusting and went straight to the bin. As for the chicken bhuna, the gravy was just a greasy mix of excessive quantities of fried onion. Definitely not ordering from here again. Disappointing to say the least. Usually average food from here but yesterday's experience was awful. When it arrived the curry was like water which for a tikka masala isn't right. To make it even worse it was tasteless water. The onion bhajis were soggy and tasteless. We called and complained and they offered a replacement of the curries. When they came half an hour later the sauce was thicker but the taste was still awful. Really disappointed and so put off will never be ordering from here again. Worst curry I...
