If you're driving near by, or taking a walk in the Peak District area by Hathersage, Colemans Deli is a MUST STOP place!!

Such a cute little deli, with such a wide selection of options!

When we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was safe during these times by taking our phone number just in case anything happened. When we entered the deli, the staff were so nice to us, and noticed our football team masks, and made conversation around the topic of our football team, and how some of the players eat at Colemans regularly. Very nice staff, with a great sense of humour.

When it comes to the food, it's INCREDIBLE! The quality of food is very high, and the value for the amount of food is really good too. All items are freshly made in the deli, and are truly delicious. I was stuck between getting an iced coffee, and a milkshake, but they had a drink which was just in between. However, it was with chocolate ice cream, but thankfully the staff were more than happy to make it with vanilla ice cream. And it turned out amazing!! Couldn't stop sipping on it!

Wow! Top mark's for choice and quality. Always busy throughout the day but is well stocked. Be prepared to wait a short while for take outs but it's worth it so don't let it put you off. Big selection on sandwiches,freshly made salads, savory pastries. The cake selection is mouthwatering and a notch up from the norm. Good selection of take out coffee, and a daily soup is on offer. While waiting they have a range of jams, chutneys and tea etc and a small variety of loaves on offer. I've eaten inside once for brunch, it's such a popular place it's difficult to get a table and the space is limited though there are larger tables with umbrellas outside. The eat in menu has a great selection to choose from. Quality ingredients carefully prepared and presented. Prices expected for the standard of food they have on offer. Staff are all helpful and friendly considering the volume of customers they are courteous and consistent in their customer service. Minimal parking at most times but this place is mostly frequented by walkers...

Friendly staff. Great coffee. Deli sandwiches on fresh baked bread and plenty of tasty fillings. Salad boxes with homemade tasty fresh salad. They sell chutneys, coffee, jams on the shelves. A perfect place for a chilled lunch, a quick take out coffee that puts the coffee chain stores to shame, a cake and to meet with friends. There's room for a pram or two but not if they're busy. I'm not sure if there's baby change - it would be worth posting if anyone knows. The deli is on the main high Street set back from the road with free parking. If you're visiting the area it's great to fill up at the deli then stroll around Hathersage under the shadow of Stannage edge. There's awesome walks into the peaks from Hathersage. Something for all ages - great play park, open air heated swimming pool, outdoor clothing shops, garden center close by, bike hire, rambles, train station to Sheffield and Manchester.
