Delve's cafe — Restaurant in Doncaster

Ordered at 11.45 to be told there's a little bit of a wait ordered 1 small breakfast 1 large breakfast scrambled egg on toast with cheese 1lemonade and 2 cappuccinos 12.15 still no food or cappuccinos mam went up not be long now the woman cooking was run off her feet bless her went back up because my son had an appointment at 2pm to be told not be long now yet again eventually ad to ask for takeout which we got at 1 30pm and my scrambled egg was in edible and black they asked us if we wanted cake which was a nice jesture but when I ordered if they had said your order is going to be more than half an hour then I wouldn't have bothered sorry but won't...

Can't see anything on the menu or on the walls that say they stop serving food at 11. Fisherman walks in asks if he can have food, woman knows him and says yes. I go after him and told no, I have kids with me too. We have only been once before and the service was extremely slow. Only seems to be one woman who knows how to cook and she looks stressed and annoyed. Slamming microwave door, moaning how many orders she's got. Not very welcoming. Maybe you should consider opening longer on a weekend and employing more than one staff who knows how to cook!. Very poor and very disappointing....

Very poor service today, sat down at 9.30, 2 meals came out at 9.55 and the other two at 10 20, rude uninterested staff almost threw the plates down and had a couldn't be bothered how long we waited attitude.In the end they didn't charge for the meals, just the drinks, I had bacon double egg cob, the bottom of the cob was drowd in oil.....won't be going again, very very disappointed, it used to be good friendly smiley service, that's not the case...
