Been here many times and every time the service is just the same- terrible. All young girls that don’t listen to you when you order, keep asking what u want over and over again, I came into the shop and one person was in front of me in the queue already being served, she asked for a sandwich and the girl Jolanta sighed and shook her head and stormed into the back, she was gone for 7 minutes & then returned with a instruction book, she was following step by step instructions on how to make a sandwich, she then wrapped the sandwich up and put it in the oven with salad and sauce on, she couldn’t get it in the oven this took her a further 5 minutes. When the sandwich came out she then unwrapped it and begab trying to ram it into a box, in which I noticed she has torn the sandwich but still continued to give it to the customer. This overall took her 20 minutes to make a sandwich, the other girl working was just floating about not doing much rather than serving customers by which point was queing out the shop. I was then finally served after 20 mins of waiting when they was only 1 person in front of me. This isn’t just a one off it’s something like this every time I go in the shop, either staff there get no training at all or they simply do not care about their jobs, either way I don’t think waiting 20 minutes Ina dead fast food shop for a sandwich which takes two minutes to make is acceptable. Nor do I think huffing and puffing and shaking your head at customers is acceptable either, or coughing all over peoples food. The list goes on. Moral of the story use a different subway because this one doesn’t care about its customers, just teenagers...

I visited Subway last week at the petrol station location and wanted to share both a great experience and an important observation.
On one evening, as the staff member was clearly closing up and shutting down the till, a lady approached and made an unnecessarily rude comment toward them. Despite this, the employee remained calm and professional — a true credit to Subway. That kind of abuse should not be tolerated, and the employee deserves recognition for their patience.
The next day, I returned during a very busy lunchtime. The staff member — working completely alone — was doing a fantastic job preparing sandwiches, managing the till, changing gloves, and trying to keep up with demand. That said, it was clearly overwhelming for one person to handle everything during peak hours. It’s not fair on the employee, and it could potentially affect food safety through unavoidable cross-contamination or delayed service.
To the owners or management: This isn’t a criticism of the staff — they were excellent. But you can’t expect one person to do everything in a food business during rush hour. Cutting corners might save a few pennies now, but you risk burning out great staff and losing customers long-term.
That said, my experience was still positive thanks to the hardworking, friendly employee. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and the service was courteous under pressure.
Support your staff — they’re your...
