Domino's Pizza - Doncaster - Dunscroft — Restaurant in Doncaster

First things first, placed the order delivery was supposed to be around half hour, more than a hour later it turns up, after specifically requesting back door the driver came to the front...corner house though so it's not hard to access back is easier than the front.. This makes headache for me so after I was told it was on its way for longer than 40 mins the food was barely warm, wedges stone cold and NOT Cooked the larger wedges was solid raw potato, the smaller ones a soggy disaster, one pizza was like eating a porcelain plate, actually the base was so well done it was probably stronger than one, and the second pizza undercooked and raw dough below toppings. The chicken kickers was fine warm enough (just) and cooked good, drink ice cold but in the same bag as the supposed to be hot food is kept?

Will not use this place again, extremely poor quality and service so far. The driver did say his sat nav taking him elsewhere... So use a a-z the street is very old. We don't only have one street name plaque on our road, we have 3 yes 3 and one of them telling you left or right for the numbers.

Dissapointed disgusted and feeling ripped off is the correct way to describe out experiences...

Order cost me £34.00, food was delivered stone cold, driver was a thick useless person who turned up at wrong address wrong location at a farm, he then ignored my calls when i tried to help him, eventually the shop told this driver to ring me and i was then able to give him clear instructions and easy directions yet he still remained incoherent and seemed to blame the customer becoming combative and difficult.

When the food turned up he said he has memory issues????

If he had entered my actual street address in the satnav instead of relying on the postcode, he would not have ended up somewhere else. These drivers use no common sense, they dont know the local area and expect everybody to chase around after them... it causes inconvienience a lot of stress and frustration.

A vegan icecrream desert costing over £6 was also missed off the delivery.. the resturant wouldnt answer the phone twice when i needed a refund for this..

Poor quality food, poor quality service, customer care non existant. I will mever order from Dunscroft...

Disappointing experience with Dunscroft Domino’s pizza last week i Ordered a pizza for dinner, but it didn't arrive until 10 pm and after that when arrived its wrong pizza. I ordered vegetarian velcano pizza but they send pepperoni pizza after i call in dunscroft domino’s pizza shop they promised to me send pizza again but they not delivered when I call again to pizza shop the lady talked with me she said driver came and knocked the door you not open but how is it possible he came again because i live in Flat and why driver not call me even he called me when he delivered the wrong pizza.
