Absolutely horrendous experience! We ordered the 12 piece boneless feast at the kiosk, for eat in. Paid at the counter and again was asked if eat in or take out.... I again said eat in. Brought our food out in a bag and again, for the 3rd time, told them that we were eating in. They took it back and put it on a tray. I took it to our table where it went from bad to worse. The chicken was gray, and no that isn't a misprint! I tasted a piece and it had a nasty taste to it, so I tried one more piece....same thing. I took it back to the counter and asked when the chicken was cooked. All of the children that work there just looked at each other but no one could tell me how long it was sitting there. I made the young man that told me he was manager to smell it. As soon as he did he said they would replace it and asked me how many pieces I had ordered. I told him 12 pieces, but my chips, which were barely warm when I got them, were getting colder by the minute, he grudgingly said they would replace the chips. I told him not to bother with the chips. After a few minutes I got my boneless chicken in a bag. I'm sure they must have picked out all the smallest pieces because most weren't any bigger than them my finger. When I looked in the bag I asked the young girl if that was 12 pieces and she said yes. I took it back to the table where I took them out of the bag to count them..... 10 pieces! I go back to the counter where the 'manager' basically called me a liar to my face and said there was 12 pieces there. I told him to come over to the table and count them, which he did. He said that he would get 2 more pieces but by this time I had had enough and I said no, he can keep his food and give me a refund. He said he couldn't do that and I said yes you can! By this time he was back inside the counter and ALL of the kids they have working there went behind were I couldn't see them! Eventually, after about 8 or 10 minutes another young worker came out and, in a very abrupt manner, said they would replace the food. I asked who he was and he said he was the manager (with so many 'managers' in there you'd think someone would be able to take the time to train the staff in customer relations) I told him he can keep the food and I'll have have my £25.00 back. He said I needed to bring back what was on the table and he would refund my money. My husband got the chicken and brought it back, which was more than I would have done. I would give them 0 stars but have to give a minimum of 1. I can't believe the terrible food and the even more terrible service I received from all the staff and I strongly recommend that if you're hungry, DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC! You'd get better food from a dumpster and you wouldn't have to put up with snotty nosed children talking...

The pot of gravy had opened during delivery and I was left with around a cm of gravy in the pot however, the bag it came in had lots all over the bottom inside.
The chicken must have been put straight into the bucket from the fryers, if there had been any more oil in the bottom of the bucket I could have solved the energy crisis. It wasn't too bad for the chicken on top but by the time you got to the pieces at the bottom they were soaked and about as crispy as a wet towel not that the upper ones were that crispy.
I would like to thank them for the forced diet you put us on, I can only assume that you count the chips as both portions had 15 of assorted sizes and for £1.99 a portion, WOW !!!
On a plus side, the corn on the cob was nice. I may just have to order corn on the cob in future.
So I think I can safely say that I was not impressed with the meal and maybe I should have paid more attention to the previous reviews for this...

And it's a big BUT... over the last 4 years I have only received the correct order on 2 occasions.. despite this, today I thought I'd give KFC another chance to redeem themselves .. ordered via drive through. 2 Large zinger tower box meal.. I would have thought it was a pretty common STANDARD meal order.. after many previous disappointments (over the last 4 years) I asked if the chips were hot and was assured they were.. I took my drinks and paper bag containing my meals.. arrived home (within 4 minutes) to discover that I had 2 regular meals with barely a small bag of chips and flat coke.. sorry to be sending negative feedback.. but if people don't make managers aware then the issues will continue without being addressed..!! The staff members clearly need a refresher course and supervision for a period of time until the member of staff is deemed competent...!! On a positive note: the staff were very polite...
