Ordered, food came within 45 minutes. Brilliant! However, the order was wrong. Rang them back up to explain said they would sort and bring the correct order out. It took longer to get the correct second order than the first and it’s now 10pm and I’ve sent it back as I didn’t want it. Poor delivery driver, wasn’t his fault and he offered to drop a refund in. I hope he doesn’t do it out of his pocket and I’ve said he doesn’t need to. Baring in mind this takeaway is round the corner! Most delivery companies rush an order if it’s been done wrong. So my advice, if you want to take a chance your order is right first time, then it might be okay (didn’t taste the food, didn’t get that far) but if they get it wrong make sure you order in plenty of time, so it’s not too late! 🤷‍♀️ shocking customer service! Absolutely never again will I order from here, both my partners and my pizza tasted foul like the toppings had gone off. The delivery time was a joke as it took over an hour to get to mine and also never order the coleslaw as it was super sweet and also tasted rotten. Terrible. Only place I've ever had a garlic cheese pizza and it's had no garlic what so ever so that was binned. Pizzas were dry , tasteless and chewy. My daughter then found a black small hair on her pizza so the whole lot was binned. Absolutely disgusting no idea how they've got good reviews.
