Capri Cafe — Restaurant in Doncaster

Talk about a hidden gem! (It's on the corner where the traffic lights are on Sandringham Road) I've been looking at this place for months and tonight me and my daughter-in-law decided to go in. I think the big friendly gentleman who served us was the owner. He was welcoming and spoke to us like old friends, joking with us and the young lady who served us couldn't of been more helpful. And although on a very open corner the shielding they have put up protects you from the weather and you don't feel like you're on a main road even though its transparent.

I went for the fruit (banana and strawberry) crepe with ice cream and a diet coke, and Michelle had 3 scoops of ice cream in a pot which she couldn't stop gushing about how delicious it was. Mine was to die for absolutely gorgeous on a slate plate and a glass of ice with my can of coke. My only regret us not taking my phone so I could take a picture of our desserts.

We took a menu home too as they do burgers, wraps, paninis all sorts of savouries so we can have a meal there PLUS ➕ they also deliver. This place is going to get a lot more of our attention!!!

Got home to find the contents melted all over the front of the car who on earth puts ice cream and cream on a hot waffle in a cardboard box it didn't look good when opening I think they need more training on food preperation if I could...
