The this doesn't deserve any starts at all. Sunday 19th november 2023. This was my first time using the 2good2go app. Paid this morning on the app about 11.30 am, took my money, no problem. Went to startbucks . Sat in car from 7.40pm waiting to go in at 8pm. At 7.45pm, a message came up on the app to say no more food, and the refund would take 14 days. Went into the store, and an unhelpful manager called Jess said that I should have had an email earlier and nothing she could do (ive since been informed you dont get an email so she has lied to me). She treated me as if i was a hindrance to her. It was a shocking attitude. Disgusting service, and I am extremely unhappy. The woman called Jess said that she could not do anything as all the outdated food had gone. I thought the food went out of date the next day. Bit concerning that she only gives out of date food. She had an array of food on her counter. I told her that I had travelled. No, nothing I can do was he responce. From what I can see here is that she has cancelled the order herself 15 minutes before not expecting me to be already in the car park. As a manager myself what I would have done was apologize and look to what I could have done for the customers' inconvenience, and at least as a goodwill gesture offered free drinks and in date food that she had on her counter top. Young girl with blonde hair on the drive thru till on 21/06/2023 at 12:25pm.
