White Cliffs Tandoori — Restaurant in Dover

We used to use this restaurant before and during Covid. We had to complain during Covid due to the portions of meat that dropped from avg 10 to 6 we were told that the next time we order they would make up for it. Tonight we ordered and explained our last experience, the person at the end of the phone said he would address it. Behold NO CHANGE VINDALOO with 6 pieces!! I called to speak to them and was passed to the manager and when I explained I wasn't happy she said she didn't care what we thought and she didn't care what we shared when I said I can get 10 pieces from Iceland for £1.50 she said she didn't care!!!!! Don't use these people you would have thought in these tough times they would be trying to keep customers, not lose them!! Absolutely disgusting customer service Regards Us disgruntled...

Extremely poor overall, waited over an hour for my delivery and when I did receive my delivery only half of what I ordered was there, I then rung them back and had an extremely rude lady answer the phone and they refused to deliver my other half of my order or give me my money back unless I drove just over 3 miles to get it myself, the lady taking my call then refused to let me speak to the manager to discuss further as I was extremely shocked by the way I had been spoken to. I had been shouted to down the phone and then hung up on. Would not recommend in a million years,complete waste...

I ordered one curry and one beriany take away, the curry was fine, nothing special but the beriany was not that good, it was kind of boiled yellow rice. However, while having the third spoon i got a piece of the metal cleaning scourer about 7cm long in my mouth. Luckily I did not swallow it. So i had to throw the beriany. Agree with the man who said "no wonder why they got one star for hygiene"...
