SOMETHING HAS CHANGED, Always used to go here as we could walk from home in 5 - 10 minutes, last few times we went standards were slipping, our last visit a few months ago was the last straw, booked a table for 2 midweek on a special offer night for 7.45, on way rang to say we on way but will be about 5 minutes late, when we arrived was asked to sit in waiting area as our table not quite ready, which is fine (happened before) normally they ask what our drinks order would be and offer a menu to make our choice from what used to be great food, no drink and no menu offered, so we sat and waited, and waited, then 2 staff was having a disagreement with raised voices from bar to kitchens, still no menu or drinks after 35 minutes of waiting we got up and left, walked down into Gornal Village to Le Raj who welcomed us with open arms as usual, just had to get Taxi back to save the walk home which is all uphill, wont be going again for some considerable time may try them again at some stage in 2017, not so...
