KFC — Restaurant in Dudley

I visit this site as I’m a local to the area and have been using them for serval years now, I’ve had no problem in the past the staff are friendly and efficient apart from an odd occasion were the service has been slow due to unit being under staffed I guess?however there has been a change of personnel most recently and I can only describe this one individual as argugant, rude, disgusting, unprofessional and doesn’t have a scooby doo about customer service and is just a disgrace to the lovely branch and brand of KFC. He’s the Asian lad who claims he’s the store manger, I wouldn’t leave him in charge to run my bath and that’s an understatement at the least. Going back to my complaint and experience, when he’s on duty he thinks it’s exceptable to chat up customer and young girls in there school uniform. If you have a young teenage who uses this site, you have been warned this disgusting person is defiantly a Nonce. He gives away free food as part of his chat up line and says he’s the manager. He’s tired to chat me up whilst with my daughter visiting after completing the school run and just find him rude and revolting. It isn’t the 1st time he has conducted himself this way towards me. If that wasn’t bad enough on a different occasion I visited he was having his break on the shop floor eating out of a KFC bag with his hands when he went around the counter and helped him self not even using the tongues but with his unwashed hands and topped his bag up , I was waiting to be served I looked at him with disgust and he just laughed and said the ‘perks of being a manager free food.’ This is far from hygienic and isn’t food hygiene practise. The only way I would visit this establishment if he gets locked up as he is nothing but a disgusting road man wasteman and a Nonce. Head office please investigate this it isn’t expectable behaviour and this isn’t happening in your lovely...

Went 18/1/24 used a self service kiosk. Placing the order was painless and quick. Sadly that was the only quick thing about my experience. I was the only one in the store. I was never acknowledged, never apologised too, never given a risen why drive through orders was flying out,yet my £11.00 order ( not massive in any way) took 15 mins to actually be given . Might seem a minor thing but when you're the only one in the store.it starts to feel personal. Store as per pics where dirty and multiple tables left with rubbish on them. Not exactly inviting to eat in.

Overall I have no idea why I go to this store when oldhill is nearby as well. Mind you they don't check their orders and I'm constantly missing things.( Always check peeps before you leave the carpark).

A disappointing visit and zero...

Disaster. Order a Mixed bucket and two kids meals. Got back to find -the 4 portions of fries were not in the bucket; -children's meals were wrong - ordered one plain burger meal; came with sauce and was cold; fries were cold . Ordered one popcorn meal - came as another cold burger meal with cold fries. The one drink should have been apple and raspberry fruit shoot (on tap) but was diluted so much it was basically water rang to discuss but was in hold for 14 whilst being told the call is important to them. Eventually gave up

Beware at this store. Staff don't seem too bothered in getting the job done correctly plus if they are busy (won't be for too long if they keep this level of service up) they make so many mistakes it is shocking.

Won't get a reponse from yesterday's waste of time and money so just won't go again or recommend...
