Excellent experience, fantastic customer service.
We booked in on spec today, for a takeout lunch for my husband, me and my mother.
The order was processed very quickly, everybody who worked there seemed cheerful and helpful.
My mother has dementia - which can make her struggle with her emotions, and while she loves chicken nuggets, she is obsessed with the fries... so long as they are as fresh as a daisy!
As the manager - Chris - was handing me our meal, I quietly asked if the fries were super-fresh, and explained the delicate situation with my mother.
Chris said I was welcome to try them, and they were fine, but not absolutely right-from-the-fryer (I thought they were lovely) - so Chris said not to worry, and changed them for a fresh batch that were being cooked that minute.
My mother was delighted with her meal and beamed throughout!!
While I was waiting for the food to be prepared, there was another fabulous member of staff helping everyone use the ordering machines, when they looked a little bewildered. She did not wait to be asked for assistance, but kindly offered help to anybody looking vaguely uncomfortable; she was checking the body language of her customers, and read their needs, very well.
Finally, my husband was just getting out of the car to dispose of our rubbish, when the same lady was busying herself sweeping the carpark and making the place look cared for; she saw my husband making towards the bin, and kindly stepped in to take his rubbish.
I did not catch the lady's name, but she had short, straight, sandy hair, she was not a tall lady and may have been wearing specs.
Today's customer service experience was exemplary, and I really wanted to thank Chris and the lovely sandy-haired lady, for being so customer focussed. The issues: no dips were in our breakfast delivery , refund issued by Uber eats Ordered chicken combo with cheese bites to share. Had to select which dips were required for each share box only to have every single one left out from order. As the dips are not a menu item for these, Uber eats would not refund and we were left with a pile of chicken with no dips! Breakfast order again, added some dips for the mini waffles and not one was delivered, had to get refund from Uber eats again. Don’t understand how items quite clearly itemised on the order and receipt on the front of the bags are not added to the bags. Staff quite clearly are not concentrating or bothered if they have accurately supplied an order for delivery. The first time I could excuse a mistake, but 3 orders in a row shows lack of training or engagement. Sort it out as this is letting down what is usually a good...

Was unable to get back to the resturant due to transport, rang and the man couldn't care less that my 5 year old daughter was upset because her tea was missing whilst her older sibling had hers. He said i was more than welcome to go and collect another but would not have it sent out with the uber drivers. Absolute fuming. Mcdonalds are well and truly a joke can never get the orders correct, when you ask for sauce even after spending nearly £30 it's like your asking them to pay for it out of their wages!
