I was in there this morning with my mother Mrs and child, my mother has very bad back issues. I went toilet, she asked the MANAGER! [BLONDE LADY] late 40s I'd say for a baby chair for my kid to sit on in which she was told 'yes you can grab them yourself from around there [pointed]' the cheek of her to not help her or offer assistance so I came back to my mother carrying it [barely] I ran over and said what are you doing and grabbed it and she told me the women told her to grab it so my mother assumed it was her duty to grab it. Read moreI must say, I am truly upset with my experience here today. My partner and I came here for a light lunch expecting the typical spoons experience. We were GOBSMACKED of how delicious, fresh, and tasty the food was. It came in a timely manner. The waitress was pleasant, friendly and informative. She even apologised for the 2 min wait on table service!!
When we arrived. There were ample amount of tables, on a Bank hol Monday, and the place was still vibing.
The floors and table weren't sticky and we left in disarray, having enjoyed this much more than a typical 5* food establishment.
Just shocked! It's ruined all other Wetherspoons for us as we now can't go anywhere...
