Domino's Pizza - Dunfermline — Restaurant in Dunfermline

Made an order through app 20 minutes later out for delivery then delivery driver rung up said he’s lost explained to where to go he said ok and he would be there soon 30 minutes later no sign of driver and no phone call back so rung the shop guy who answered was RUDE on phone said what do I expect if I have no door number how is delivery driver meant to find my house but my house doesn’t have door number has a name and postcode brings you straight to my house but apparently guy can’t deliver cause no door number then driver rung back eventually he was no where near my house I had to go a collect it myself from driver even though I paid delivery for it food was stone cold so not happy and won’t be using again can’t believe how RUDE the staff are definitely will be making sure people I know won’t be using this shop again absolutely terrible way...

poor service tonight tracker said food was out for delivery didnt arrive for another 25mins .....yes it was cold chicken strippers are being boxed but they are only half strippers so paying for a full box of 7 with 5 whole strippers and 2 half ones this happens regularly ..........garlic bread cold so are the chicken strippers i cant say how my pizza is at the moment as its not been put in with my order .......ive now to wait till a driver is going out with another order and they will get him to drop the pizza off to me ........aye right...

Just a review to thank the staff at Dunfermline Domino’s that helped with my online mistake. I selected pick up instead of delivery. This only came to my attention when the helpful staff member called to say my pizzas had been ready for over an hour…to my frustration I’d realised I’d clicked the wrong button on the app. Expecting to have to start all over again I was told they’d redo the pizzas and would deliver, amazing, hot and tasty pizzas were at the door...
