Domino's Pizza - Hertford — Restaurant in East Hertfordshire

Unhappy with an order, which seems to be frequent from the Hertford branch, hence, why I don't order much from here anymore.

Once again, I ordered Double Decadence only to find that there was nothing in between the dough layers and it was extremely dry. The pizzas, again weren't particular cut or poorly cut, including our garlic bread dippers that weren't cut at all. On top of this, my pizza with the pesto drizzle, nearly a third was just covered in pesto.

To top this off, I ordered four garlic and herbs (small) dips, only received three of which I know you get some with the pizzas, so I feel like I only received one of the extra dips I ordered.

It seems to be a frequent issue regarding the Double Decadence and also the consistency.

Ordered by phone and told the call taker I would pay cash when I collected my pizza. Onlt to be told they don't accept cash when i got there! Unbelievable!! Why the hell have you done this? You demonise cash payers because either you are too dumb to count it or cant trust your staff, or cant be arsed to count it every day. I bet the delivery drivers are happy. Drivers are rude!!! I always ask to call because of many reasons. When I ask why they did not call me on the phone, why they were banging on the door I got: I didnt know, I will not come here again(!), completly ignored me and didn't say a single word. They don't care. Plus I noticed that when they are out of topping they change them without asking. It makes a big diffrence for some people. I do not recommend them.
