horrendous staff!!!

The little blonde woman is possibly the rudest woman I’ve ever spoken too. You would think after 18 years of being a bar lady she would of learnt that basic skill . She persistantly Looks down her nose at younger people and thinks she can pick one day to the next if you’re banned or not, I know a lot of people that no longer go here because of said woman.

I got banned at the age of 25 im now 32! the pub must of had 5+ landlords since , I’ve rang up and spoken to (the landlord at the time) and was aloud back in as it was a new owner new slate sort of thing. Which was great !!!

I was last in when the euros was on and the blonde woman turned the tv off at one point Because we was being too loud. This is during a England game bare in mind AND we had booked and paid for a table reservation for the game .

So anyway I went in last night , again after not being there for nearly 3 years and guess what ? Banned ! I asked what for as I didn’t know , and she replied in a loud voice infront of a packed pub . DRUGS!!!

It’s bad enough being banned when she feels like it but shouting fake news across the pub for all to hear is disgusting and disrespectful.

I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life.

Only reason for not getting a 5 stars was because I went to order a drink from the bar, I have seen this drink on the drink menu, I was then told they don't sell that here. She then said I can give you something else nice il surprise you, OK then. Took the drink to my partner she didn't like it I requested it to be swapped i thought seeing as it was a reccomendation from the bar staff that there would be no issue but she wouldn't swap it.
