C'mon Costa! The coffee shops are dull at best, dingey at worst. The food is unhealthy, unappetising and in the case of the cakes/biscuits, very poor quality. Dry brownies that cost how much?
As for the drinks, I was put off buying a Kit Kat Hot chocolate as I saw someone else's before me - squirty cream just doesn't cut it any more. I'm trying to stay healthy at the moment so I bought a green tea which was ok but I know from experience that the other herbal/fruit teas in the (limited) range are actually sweetened with sugar and taste horrible.
I have always preferred Costa but it's going downhill fast. New furniture, décor, lighting and above all, interesting, well-made food, cakes and biscuits are sorely needed. I hope they listen and do something soon, as there are lots of options if you want a...

So the old manager used to give me a pot of hot water and a cup and milk and i took my own tea bag because i didnt actually have a drink just water and a bit of milk they didnt charge me however the new manager sam has told me this will no longer be happening and i have to pay for it. its just water i didnt think you were allowed to charge for water. they dont even have to wash it up as they have a dishwasher so cant see how they have the cheek to charge me. i can have the tea pot without the tea bag in with a cup and milk so i can still use my own but they are gonna charge me for a cup of tea and i have to take my own JOKE!! i cant afford...
