Absolutely stay away from here they have no customer service skills simply want to argue when something just wasn't nice even my 8 year old son started off by saying his korma was far too sweet I mean how hard is it to get a korma wrong .My friend ordered a chicken and spinach and no spinach was in there just grounded spice as he had said he liked spice in his dish but was more like a vindaloo which originally one of the staff said staff said it was there was no authenticity,even I left most of mine and im a big girl and love my food even the ambiance was poor!! It felt like the sauce was just added last minute not even marinated,these people are punjabi so what a let down i would have thought they knew what they were cooking clearly not. They didn't even no certain curry facts, I've travelled to India enough times so I do know my curry's shame these people do not. Went to divine tonight 29/12/2017 for a curry. The staff in there were pleasant and showed us to a table. We ordered a starter and then our mains came out a chicken tikka masala and a chicken korma. We started eating these and noticed that the chicken wasnt right it seemed under cooked. We told the small guy that there was a problem with the meal and he said we could have it replaced but by then we had lost our appetite. He said that he had been serving that same dish all night and started getting abit shirty with us. We finished our drink and i asked for the bill. When the bill came i felt abit upset to see that they were still charging the same amount. He could have gave us a discount or a percentage off as the chicken was wasted in both dishes. Good food but not so great service on the delivery side. They won't take card payments over the phone so we are forced to use Just Eat which means we don't get the free poppadoms and pickles with our order. (This is offered when calling them directly to order and paying in cash.) When buying these at 70p each it can get quite pricey and they don't seem to give you any extra for free. Delivery can also be slow depending on how busy they are. Our last order was messed up because their Just Eat page had items they didn't sell showing and allowed me to order them. When we complained they told us to take it up with Just Eat for our refunds. I thought this should be something they need to fix rather than pass the problem back to the customer.
