Ivory Café — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

Absolutely terrible. My girlfriend had ordered a meal for herself only to be incured added charges out of the blue. When the ordered arrived, they took payment without saying the order only to have delivered the wrong order. Having ordered a chicken korma, what arrived was a chicken curry. Once we called this establishment we were shown its truely terrible service and was basically told it was our fault for not checking the order and that payment had been taken. This could have simply been sorted by remaking the correct order. Not only that but the quality of the food was disappointing at best. The curry was exetremely watery and bland, the rice seemed like they had microwaved last night's and the chicken starter was cremated. AVOID AT ALL COST! Divine and indian spice are much better...

Always amazing food and service in Ivory Cafe. We’ve become somewhat of a regular as our orders have been remembered by most of the team there, very nice to be looked after the way that we are.

Raj is always polite and welcoming, along with the rest of the team and level of service there is wonderful. Clean, music is not too loud and very quick on the cooking.

We’re both vegan and they always make a little change for us with the curry we order. As always, we will see you again for another...

We were staying near by in accommodation after a trip to Alton Towers, we were all tired and hungry, the lady at the accommodation suggested a takeaway from here, we were so glad she recommended the Ivory Café as we had a brilliant take away there was a lot of food all beautifully cooked and presented it was one of the nicest takeaways I have had and the chicken pakoras were fabulous, I wished I lived nearer as I would be going there...
