Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

My mother ordered 2 pizzas through Just eat one night. Pizza didn't arrive. Since the restaurant was closed, we called them the next day. The woman said on the phone that the pizza had been delivered but no one had picked it up. A truly awful experience, food was delivered over an hour and a half late. When it finally arrived it was all cold. All the cheese tasted sour and made it inedible. When I called up afterwards they had no manager on site and wouldn’t help. No one could stomach the food and it went in the bin. We then ordered a dominoes.
