Favorite Chicken & Ribs Felixstowe — Restaurant in East Suffolk

After years of having takeaways from here I'm Disgusted after receiving cold few a few weeks ago via delivery. I phoned to tell them straight away and was told they were too busy to send out another but i could go to them and pick another up which i wasn't able to do, i was then told they will provide me with another meal another day. Fast forward to the next time i phoned up to receive this meal and was told they will not do this, and apparently i was told on the day i complained to go to the shop with the food to get a refund or replace the food, even though I'd already said that this was not possible, hence ordering delivery. The phone conversation ended with him saying bye and hanging up!

I would like to start this by saying - I ordered our meal at 22:53, the time it took I could not have prepared for. As the clock barely hit 22:59 I here a faint knock at the door "who could this be?" I thought to myself "I know it's not our food" oh how wrong I was... with a smile on his face and a bag of joy in his hand he handed it to us and swiftly shot off into the night to deliver more food before just eat could even update its status.

It goes without saying that the food was a 10.1/10 and the quality was just "chefs kiss". It's an honour to have such craftsmanship. No, art in Felixstowe.

I travel from Florida to visit family, and everytime we come i specifically skip a meal just to make sure I can come and eat here. The food is amazing, the service the same, and I wish I had one back stateside cause I would have this over every other chicken place we have back home. Prices are fair, the hours are amazing (especially in Felixstowe where the sidewalks seem to roll up and close in the middle of the afternoon).
