La Vita Pizza Leiston — Restaurant in East Suffolk

This service is absolutely disgusting.

Multiple times our orders have arrived two hours after ordering. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but it’s just terrible practice at this point. Tonight is a special treat as it’s been 3 hours and still haven’t received our FULL order.

The cherry on top is having missing food and burnt meals (mind you were a family with kids so don’t rely on these people to care at all, we’ve had kids meals not arrive). When you call to ask for the rest of your food (we did ask the driver but called to make sure) we not only didn’t get the food on the second delivery but received a completely wrong order. So that’ll be 3 hours and 40 minutes hours of not receiving our full order.

To the company, sorry doesn’t really mean anything without action. We should’ve received a full refund on every thing we ordered as lavita claims delivery is within an...

We placed a food order and was given a delivery time of 45 mins. We rang after 90 minutes to be told that our pizzas were being prepared. Two hours and fifteen minutes later the food was delivered. The pizzas were greasy, the chicken fillets were cold and the three portions of chips were luke warm. All required reheating in our oven. The dips and coleslaw that we paid for were not delivered either. We have messaged La Vita but they have chosen to ignore my complaint. First and last time we will use this...

Just had a lovely 9" pizza from here. Im dead fussy and hard to please with pizza, but top marks for this one. Pizza base was fesh, toppings were flavourful and generous and the server was a smashing fella. A genuinely nice chap with v good customer skills. He talked of his homeland and listened to us talk about ours. The chap who cooked our pizza did a smashing job, and the delivery lady who works there was ever so friendly. Can't fault this...
