We were staying at the beach view park and went for bike ride to leiston And came across this lovely health shop and cafe .What lovely ladies ..We both had a lovely cappuccino then I had a beetroot and bean lentil salad with a piece of ciabatta bread .My husband had home made tomatoe soup .Then could not resist a piece of homemade.
