Arrived for our table booking and had a really friendly greeting as soon as we walked in. I called day before to book and asked about the shuffleboard table. We were shown to our table by the person who took the booking, and said he’d come set up the game and show us how to play. This really meant a lot as we wouldn’t have attempted to play had he not shown us. Service was really good, Simple menu but we had plenty to choose from. Food was amazing, as normal for a moss & co restaurant. The only thing that wasn’t to our taste was the roast pork, it didn’t say it was pork belly and son found it extremely fatty and it was very hard to cut and he got fed up chewing it after two mouthfuls so left it. I did ask at the end of meal if it is always pork belly and was told yes but they also do beef. It was dealt with fantastic. Will definitely return, family meals are a pain when teenagers get their phones out but we’ll definitely book the shuffle board.

Following a takeover, and a much needed refresh, the harbour is now one of the most attractive bars and burger stops on the seafront. Overlooking the fronts fountains, the beer selection is refreshingly diverse and we'll curated (with an emphasis on local brews). Should you want something a bit more fruity the cocktails are fantastic, with specials changing on a regular basis to give you an excuse to go back and try something new. Just be aware that there's no booking for tables, it's walk ins only! The food menu is hosted by FUP burger who, arguably, are one of the finest purveyors of burgery goodness in the area, and you won't go wrong with anything from the menu (just note that unless you're a big eater, the chips are definitely a sharing size). Its fantastic to finally see this beautifully iconic building finally getting the love and attention it deserves, and would encourage anyone to give the food and the drinks a go.

Was a bit unsure of where to have lunch, opted for the Harbour Inn. It looks very different than you expect from looking at it from the outside... actually quite liked the inside! We were greeted when we went in and quickly found a table, menus have a little bit of variety, and they also have some specials. Kids menu was also available which was good news, and we was told that we could swap some bits if we needed for the kids! Food was nice and lots of different options for drinks. We all enjoyed our food and we were too full for desert! Staff were all friendly, and the place seemed clean. If you get a spot near the window you may also get to watch the bridge go up which is a bit of a novelty! (Both for me and the kids!)

We popped into The Harbour Inn just over a week ago with a group of eight and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, helpful and pleasant. I can't remember the ladies names (sorry) who took care of us however ALL of the staff were fantastic including the chef! When we walked in, the staff member asked how many and then instantly started moving tables around to make us comfortable and to give us the seating we required - so lovely.

We ordered a number of meals with varying meat and vegan options and I have to say that EVERYBODY was thoroughly impressed with the food. The Falafel wrap that I had was DELICIOUS and the chicken wrap that some family members had was beautiful (they said). My brother had the "bangers and mash" and said that his meals was scrumptious.

We felt the service was exceptional, food fantastic and atmosphere amazing. We will DEFINITELY be back when we are in the area again. This is a truly hidden gem. Keep up the fantastic work all - you're doing...
