I absolutely love this venue, Still a recent take over the new owner have done nothing but move forward and improve the venue, Being able to walk out onto the pier is beautiful and so nice after many years of being closed. There was a night club there which I had the chance to visit but I've since learnt its closed that's not an issue though there is a couple of bars here to still enjoy a pint and some music. The arcade is clean and incredibly interactive and up to date. I definitely recommend a visit

Drove an hour to come here to find the arcade is shut. Internet says it should be open! (Wed 26 march)

I recently visited Claremont Pier and had a great time. The pier offers a range of activities and attractions, including amusement arcades, a bar, and a restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the arcade games, which were in good condition and provided plenty of entertainment.

One of the highlights of my visit was the fish and chips from the restaurant. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the chips were crispy and delicious. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere, with a lovely view of the sea and a friendly staff.

The pier also offers some lovely views of the seafront, and there are plenty of benches and seating areas to relax and take in the scenery. It's a great place to spend an afternoon with friends or family.

Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to Claremont Pier. The range of activities and attractions makes it a great choice for all ages, and the fish and chips alone are worth the trip. I had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again...

Our kids love 2p machines and is a treat and opportunity whenever we are at the beach for them to win a few fidget Toys, however I'd say over the past year the spend to win ratio has dropped significantly here. My kids rapidly put nearly £8 in a two p pusher and absolutely nothing moved over the edge and the only coins that fell were into the machine itself. They are all very, very heavily weighted. We did a test on one with a fiver, that had a note tucked into the lip, not a single 2p dropped and the note did not move. Even if you do get something to the edge, you nip to get more coins and return to find the staff have reset the machine moving the fidgets/tat/prizes a way from the edge. We had to complain this time around, and the chap opened the machine and gave our children a prize such was the dissapointment. Top tip here is if your kids love the 2p machines but you don't want them to burn through their pocket money, head to...

Attended my nieces birthday party here today, on arrival staff had no idea of party booking and were very unorganised, cold buffet was what had been pre-booked and that wasn't provided instead a hot buffet was offered, the food was brought out in large plastic bowls sausages/fish fingers/nuggets in one bowl and chips in another and about 10 mins later a bowl of cold beans were brought out, the children (aged 2yrs-7yrs) were told to just help themselves. The party bags were also very unorganised and looked like they had just been thrown together. The staff in the rink weren't exactly helpful and didn't do much apart from just sit behind the counter. All in all this was very disappointing, and not what had been expected on booking or for...
